Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving your digital product is considered fraudulent. We maintain records of all purchases and digital deliveries. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in collection actions and reporting to fraud prevention services.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues downloading your purchased product, please contact us through Discord. We will work with you to resolve any legitimate delivery issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund once the issue is resolved and the product is delivered.
